擒拿格斗技术不仅是警察依法完成警务的主要技能,更是人们平时提升防范意识的有利武器,对于普通人的擒拿格斗训练,也要时刻贯彻面向实战、讲究实用和实效的思想,不断加强擒拿格斗技术的反抗训练,针对擒拿格斗技术中的反抗训练进行了细致的分析和研究。

Catching and fighting technology is not only the main skills of the police to complete the police according to law, it is also the favorable weapons for people to raise awareness. People should implement the ideas of having actual combat, striving for practice and effectiveness, so as to strengthen fighting techniques of rebellion training, which was analyzed in this paper.
