北京冬奥会成功申办后,国家和政府高度重视有关冬奥会的基础设施建设,首先在北京和张家口进行场地的规模建设,这为全国冰雪运动项目的场馆建设提供了行业标准,进一步规范冰雪项目场馆建设要求,从而保证各项冰雪项目赛事的顺利进行,满足人民群众对冰雪运动场馆的需求,推进全民健身事业的积极开展。

Since the successful application of Beijing Olympic Winter Games, the government has attached great importance to infrastructure construction of Olympic Winter Games. First, the scale construction of the venues in Beijing and Zhangjiakou provided the industry standard for the construction of national ice and snow sports events. The regulation on the construction requirements of the ice and snow project venues has ensured the smooth progress of the ice and snow events, met peopled demand for snow sports venues and promoted the healthy development of the national fit-ness.
