摘要
随着中长跑运动的不断发展,对运动员进行大负荷训练逐渐成为首要关注的问题,而进行大负荷训练的前提就是要保证运动员在负荷后缩短恢复周期,让运动员达到连续的、不间断的训练过程,进而提高运动员的各专项技能。基于此,主要分析中长跑这项运动的运动疲劳机理以及其产生的主要原因、疲劳的相关表现特征等,并提出了恢复训练的相关措施和方法。
With the continuous development of middle and long distance running, the heavy load training of athletes has become the primary concern. The premise of heavy load training should shorten the recovery period after the load and let the athletes take the continuous and uninterrupted training, thereby improving the special skills of athletes. The mechanism of exercise fatigue, the main causes of its occurrence and the related performance characteristics of fatigue were analyzed, and the relevant measures and methods of recovery training were proposed.
