摘要
图书馆作为国家公益性事业,除了图书馆自身,相关部门也要加强管理和扶持,适当加大投资力度,不断引入丰富的阅读资源,尤其需要注意服务创新能力的提升。图书馆管理层要创新自身的管理意识,改变服务理念,结合当下时代发展节奏以及读者用户所需,对服务项目进行合理创新和完善,确保为读者提供良好的服务体验。
As the national public welfare undertaking, the relevant departments should strengthen management and support on libraries, increase appropriately investment, introduce of a wealth of reading resources, and improve its service innovation ability. Library managers should bring new ideas on management awareness, change the service concept by combining with the current development of the times and the needs of readers, so as to provide a good service experience for readers.
