Combining with the forms for the common diseases in the engineering quality,the paper analyzes the forms for the common diseases in safety and quality of the architectural projects from the architectural materials and equipment,construction craft,and quality control,and points out the management measures for the quality and safety,so as to improve the construction standard for architectural projects.
