论述了建筑工程创新管理模式的重要意义,结合建筑工程管理的主要发展方向,从管理组织、方式、理念、人才培养等方面,探讨了创新建筑工程管理的方法,有利于实现企业的可持续发展。
The paper indicates the significance of the innovative management model of the architectural projects,and explores the methods for innovating the management over the architectural projects from the management organization,means,ideas and talent cultivation by combining with the main development direction of the management in the architectural projects,so as to enhance the sustainable development of the enterprises.
