摘要 近年来使用LaBr_3∶Ce晶体的闪烁探测器凭借其高能量分辨率和优良的能量响应,在γ测井领域得到了广泛的应用。利用MCNP5程序模拟了LaBr_3∶Ce晶体和Na I(Tl)晶体在含铀系天然放射性核素的γ模型井中的能谱,对比了两者的能量响应,研究了3种不同尺寸LaBr_3∶Ce晶体对γ射线探测效率的影响。计算结果表明,LaBr_3∶Ce晶体的能量响应明显优于Na I(Tl)晶体,且探测效率随晶体长度的增加而提高。 In recent years, LaBr3∶Ce crystal scintillation detectors have been widely used in γ-ray logging due to their high energy resolution and excellent energy response. In this paper, the energy spectra of LaBr3∶Ce and Na I(Tl) crystals in γ-ray wells containing uranium-containing natural radionuclides were simulated by MCNP5 program, so as to compare the energy of both. The effects of three different sizes of LaBr3∶Ce crystals on γ-ray detection efficiency were investigated. The results show that the energy response of LaBr3∶Ce crystal is better than that of Na I(Tl) crystal, and the detection efficiency increases with the increase of crystal length.
