中外医务社会工作的比较研究

随着我国社会的发展和医疗体制改革的深入,人们患病后的康复需求也变得越来越复杂和多元.医务社会工作作为社会工作专业的一个领域,也在这样的环境下开始发展起来.然而,我国的医务社会工作发展尚处在萌芽期,许多医务社会工作者对自身的角色定义并不明确,医务社工相关的政策也有待完善,且日益突出的医患矛盾、病患压力和医疗体系固有的问题,已经满足不了人们日益多元化的需求,需要找到一种有效的解决方法.本文以发达国家和港台地区医务社会工作为研究目标,从发展历程、身份定位、组织管理、服务范围、教育培训等角度全面对比分析了它们在医务社会工作发展的模式.为探索符合我国实际的医务社会工作模式提出了建议,为我国医务社会工作的开展提供新视角,为和谐医患关系的构建和新医改的实现提供参考.

Medical social work as a field of social work professional, in such an environment also began to grow. However, the medical affair social work development in our country is still in the bud, many medical social workers in their definition is not clear, the role of medical social work related policy also needs to be perfect, and the doctor- patient contradiction increasingly prominent, patients stress and health system inherent problems, already can＇t satisfy the people increasingly diversified demand, need to find an effective solution. This paper medical social work in developed countries and Hong Kong and Taiwan Region as the research target, from development course, identity orientation, organization, management, service range, education training Angle comprehensive comparison and analysis of them in the medical affair social work development pattern. To explore the medical affair social work conforms to our country actual mode are proposed, the new Angle of view for the development of the medical affair social work in China, for the construction of a harmonious doctor-patient relationship and provide reference for the implementation of the new medical reform.
