Social Network,Economic Development and Rural Medical Economic Risks——An Empirical Analysis Based on CFPS Data

人口老龄化趋势下,农村地区面临着医疗经济风险增大的困境,在村庄治理模式下,社会网络是否有利于降低农村医疗经济风险?利用中国家庭动态跟踪调查(CFPS)数据,探究社会网络对农村家庭医疗经济风险的影响。研究表明:(1)社会网络有效地降低了农村医疗风险,在控制了基本医疗保险的影响后,社会网络的作用仍然显著;(2)家庭收入成为约束条件,制约着社会网络在农村医疗风险中的作用,低收入农村家庭社会网络所起的作用显著;(3)从区域来看,在东部地区,社会网络对降低农村家庭医疗风险的作用有限,而中西部地区较为显著;(4)随着农村经济的发展,社会网络对农村医疗风险的作用将会逐渐弱化。本研究有助于认识社会网络对农村医疗经济风险的保障作用,并为如何解决农村医疗经济问题提供初步的决策依据。

Under the trend of population aging, the rural areas are facing the plight of increasing medical economic risks. Is the social network, under the village governance mode, conducive to reducing the risk of rural medical economy？ This paper explores the impact of social networks on the economic risks of rural household health by using the Chinese Family Dynamic Tracking Survey （ CFPS） data. The research shows that （1） the social network effectively reduces the rural medical risk, and the effect of the social network is still significant after controlling the influence of the basic medical insurance; （2） the household income becomes the constraint condition, which restricts the role of social network in rural medical risk. In low - income rural family, social network playes a significant role; （3） from the regional perspective, in the eastern region, the influences of social network to reduce the rural family medical risk is lim-ited, while the central and western regions is more significant; （4） with the development of rural economy, the role of social networks in rural medical risks will gradually weaken. This study will help to understand the social network on the rural medical economic risk protection, and provide a preliminary basis for decision - making about how to solve the rural medical economic issues.
