共识断裂与师生冲突——基于功能论的视角 被引量:16

摘要 在功能论社会学看来,教育共识是师生关系和谐的粘合剂,当教育共识断裂,师生冲突就发生了。师生间的教育共识分为三个层面:为社会的价值观共识规定的教育共识;分别规范着教师与学生的教育共识;教师与学生在日常的互动中形成的教育共识。当下师生冲突之所以发生,原因就在于三个层面的教育共识都发生了断裂。教育共识的形成需要公共空间的培育,人们应以平等的身份、理性的精神参与到对教育共识的讨论中。 From the aspects of Function Theory of Sociology, education consensus is beneficial to a harmonious teacher-student relationship.The conflicts between teachers and students would happen if education consensus broke.Education consensus between teachers and students can be divided into three levels: consensus required by social core values, consensus leading teachers and students to certain standards and consensus formed by daily interactivities between teachers and students.The breaking of these three consensuses would result in the conflicts between teachers and students.The formation of the education consensus requires the cultivation of public sphere;therefore people should be involved in the discussion of educational consensus with equal status and rational spirit.
