摘要
2005年来春秋航空公司的成立开启我国低成本航空公司发展的新篇章。然而,就目前我国国内形势而言,低成本航空公司的整体发展水平仍然较低,欲求在中国得以保持持续竞争优势,低成本航空公司就必须进行完善的竞争战略分析。文章通过SWOT分析模型对春秋航空公司的内部优势劣势、外部机会等进行分析,由此对我国未来低成本航空公司的发展提出对策与建议。
The establishment of Spring and Autumn Airlines in 2005 opens a new chapter in the develop-ment of the low-cost airlines in China. However, on the current situation of C hina’ s domestic position, the overall development level of the low-cost airlines is still low. In order to seek to maintain a sustainable competi-tive predominance, the low-cost airlines must perform complete analyses for competitive strategies. This paper an-alyzes in detail the internal advantages and disadvantages, external opportunities and potential threats of Spring and Autumn airlines with the SWOT model, and correspondingly put forwards effective countermeasures and sug-gestions for the future development of low-cost airlines in China.
