新常态下工业园区治理的对策研究

Research on the Countermeasures of Industrial Park Management Under the New Normal Environmental Condition

工业园区是工业发展的主流形式和经济结构调整的主战场。随着经济发展进入新常态,我国经济发展不平衡、结构性矛盾问题突出,工业园区也出现了不少问题。文章阐述了工业园区发展中存在的问题,并就工业园区政企合谋行为产生的影响进行了探讨,提出工业园区治理的对策,对当前我国工农业产业转型尤其是中西部工业园区建设具有一定的借鉴意义。

Industrial park is the main battlefield of the trend of industrial development and economic struc-tural adjustment. With the economic development going into a new normal en v iro nm en t , the problem of the un-even economic development and structural contradictions are outstanding in China. Industrial parks have also e -merged a lot of problems too. This paper elaborates the problems of the development of industrial parks and ex-plore the impact of the cooperation of government and enterprises on industrial parks, and puts forward the countermeasures of industrial park governance. It is of great significance to the transformation of industrial and a-gricultural industry in China, especially the industrial parks in central and western China.
