The Rule of Law Culture and the Rule of Law City Construction History Source and its Enlightenment in Wuhan City:Based on Political Embedded Perspective

武汉作为历史名城,在中国的法治文化培育进程中起着举足轻重的作用。文章基于政治嵌入视角探寻法治发展的历史轨迹,论述法治文化培育的必要性,重点阐述武汉市法治文化历史,并提出启示性建议,包括:发展参与型政治文化,自觉培育法治观念;建立法治信仰,培养契约精神;鼓励社会组织与政府良性互动;立足传统,创新法治文化培养。

As a famous historical city, Wuhan plays an important role in the cultivation of the rule of law culture in China. This article explores the historical track of the development of rule of law from the perspective of political embedded, discusses the necessity of cultivating the rule of law culture, focuses on the history of the rule of law in Wuhan, and puts forward some suggestions. Including the development of participatory political culture, consciously cultivate the concept of rule of law, the establishment of faith in the rule of law, the spirit of the contract, to encourage social organizations and the government a positive interaction; based on the tradi-tional ,innovative legal culture.
