随着高等教育的逐渐普及,高校毕业生就业问题日益突出,也是近些年高校和社会关心的重点和热点。文章通过Career EDGE模型对经管类大学生就业能力五大要素进行了分析,结合经管专业特点,提出了提升就业能力的培养对策。

With the growing popularity of the higher education, the employment problem of college graduates has become increasingly prominent. It is the focus and hot spot of college and society in recent years. Through Career EDGE model of college students’ employment ab i l ity, it analyzes the five main factors, combining with the characteristics of majors in economics and management, and puts forward some countermeasures to promote the cultivation of employment ability.
