边境旅游资源的概念界定与分类框架研究

Study on the Definition of Concept and Classification Framework of Border Tourism Resources

旅游资源是边境旅游发展的重要凭借,对旅游资源进行分类和调查是边境旅游开发与规划的基础工作。边境旅游资源是围绕两国或多国边界的防守与交流形成的物象和人事中可用于旅游开发的部分,受地缘政治、跨国贸易和城乡建设等因素的影响较大。传统的分类方法无法凸显边境旅游资源的特质,不利于突出边境旅游的特色。从开发和利用实践的角度出发,考虑到国家边界的基本功能,边境旅游资源可以划分为边界与标志、边政与外事、边防与战争、边贸与物产、边民与聚落五大类型。

Tourism resources are important for the development of border tourism. Classification and investigation of tourism resources are the basic work of the development and planning of border tourism. Border tourism resources are part of the image and personnel that can be used for tourism development about the boundary defense of two or more countries,which are influenced by geopolitics,transnational trade and urban-rural development. The traditional classification method can not highlight the features of border tourism,which can't stress its characteristics. From the point of development and utilization,as well as the basic function of national boundaries,border tourism resources can be divided into five categories: boundary and sign,border politics and foreign affairs,border defense and war,border trade and property,border population and settlements.
