摘要
荧光分子探针因其具有高灵敏性、高选择性及优异的无损性而得到广泛的关注.四苯乙烯作为一类高活性的化学反应物和有机合成中间体,由于其优异的聚集诱导发光性能而被用来设计荧光传感器等材料.此外,四苯乙烯高效、灵敏和精确等优点使其在对映体手性识别方面表现出独特的优势.通过苯、甲苯、四氯化碳等原料合成出四苯乙烯固态粉末,荧光光谱表明化合物四苯乙烯在波长为458 nm处具有很强的荧光发射强度,在362 nm紫外光照射下呈现出蓝色的荧光颜色.
Fluorescent molecular probes have been received extensive attention because of their high sensitivi-ty, high selectivity and excellent non-destructive properties. As a kind of highly reactive chemical reactants and in-termediates in organic synthesis,(4-phenyl) ethylene is used to design materials such as fluorescence sensors duingto its excellent aggregation induced luminescent properties. In addition, for its highly effective, sensitive and precisemaking it enantiomer chiral recognition exhibit unique advantages. In this work,(4-phenyl) ethylene was synthe-sized from benzene, toluene and carbon tetrachloride. Fluorescent spectra showed that the(4-phenyl) ethylene hadstrong fluorescence emission intensity at wavelength of 458 nm, and showed blue fluorescent color under 362 nm ul-traviolet irradiation.
