摘要
设计了一种基于FPGA器件的4FSK调制器.在总体的设计过程中,完成了4FSK调制器所需的各个模块的设计及其硬件的实现,其中包括分频模块、M序列生成模块、串并转换模块、载波频率选择模块、SIN-ROM存储模块和D/A转换控制模块.利用Quartus II软件编写了testbench测试程序并调用modelsim软件及Signal-Tap II Logic Analyzer逻辑分析仪对4FSK调制器进行了仿真与实时测试,结果较为准确,能够完成调制所需的工作任务,因此该4FSK调制器的设计拥有一定的应用价值.
A 4FSK modulator based on FPGA device is designed. In the overall design process, each module re-quired of 4FSK modulator and its hardware have been realized, including frequency module, M sequence generationmodule, serial to parallel conversion module, carrier frequency selection module, SIN-ROM storage module and D/A conversion control module. Using Quartus II software writes testbench test procedure and calls Modelsim softwareand Signal-Tap II logic analyzer to simulate and test the real time of 4FSK modulator, the results are accurate andable to complete the tasks required by the modulation, so the design of this 4FSK modulator has a certain applica-tion value.
