摘要 采用电弧熔炼法制备了Mn_(50+x)Ni_(41-x)Sn_9系列合金,并通过X-射线衍射和综合物性测试系统对材料的晶体结构、相变、磁性以及交换偏置效应进行了研究.结果表明,随着x含量的增加,马氏体转变温度逐渐降低,材料的饱和磁化强度逐渐增加,而场冷条件下的交换偏置场则呈现逐渐降低的趋势.这是由于材料中铁磁相和反铁磁相的耦合导致了这种交换偏置效应. Mn50+xNi41-xSn9 ferromagnetic shape memory alloys were prepared by the arc melting method, and theircrystal structure, phase transitions, magnetic properties and the exchange bias effect were investigated by X-raydiffraction and physical property measurement system. With the increase of x, the martensitic transformation tem-perature decreases gradually, the saturated magnetization of the alloys increases and the exchange bias fieldshows a decrease when the field is cooled. The mechanism behind the exchange bias and the relation betweenthe exchange bias field and saturated magnetization were discussed.
