摘要 以黑皮鸡枞菌深层液体发酵菌丝体生物量为指标,首先通过单因素试验确定了最佳的培养温度、摇床转速、pH值、发酵周期,然后经过响应面试验的优化,得出最佳发酵条件:培养温度为26℃,摇床转速为175 r/min,pH值为7.6,发酵周期为25 d.通过验证培养后,黑皮鸡枞菌丝体干重达6.91 mg/mL. Termitomyces albuminosus was studied in this paper. Its mycelium biomass was taken as indexesthrough submerged liquid fermentation. First, the best culture temperature, shaking speed, p H and fermentationperiod were identified through the single factor experiment. Then, the optimum fermentation conditions were ob-tained through the response surface experiments: the optimum temperature was 26 ℃, the shaker speed was 175r/min and p H was 7.6, the fermentation period was 25 days. Under the above conditions, the dry weight of aga-ric mycelium reached 6.91 mg/mL.
