高职院校现代学徒制现状与发展对策研究

Research on the present situation and development countermeasures of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges

当前高职院校普遍采用工学结合、校企合作等教学方式来提高学生们的动手实践能力与综合素质,虽然收到了良好的教学效果,但同时也面临着各方面的困难。高职教育机构需要明确学生、企业、学校三者之间的职责与关系,为现代学徒制奠定良好的实践基础,对现代学徒制的运行模式进行创新与改良,提高教学质量。

At present, higher vocational colleges in our country generally adopt the teaching methods of work-study combination and school-enterprise cooperation to improve students' practical ability and comprehensive quality. Although it has received good teaching effects, it still faces many difficulties. Higher vocational education institutions should have clear responsibilities and relationship among students, enterprises and colleges and lay a solid foundation of practice for modern apprenticeship. Innovation and improvement on the operation mode of the modern apprenticeship system should be achieved to improve the quality of teaching.
