The legal document of international business English is an important part for people to implement international business activities. The legal document of international business English has a very technical trait. The aim of this thesis is to further explore the language features and translation standard of legal documents of international business English in order to faithfully manifest the meaning, retain the legal features and make the target language precise and formal.
