乏燃料水池缺乏虹吸断路开孔事件经验反馈

摘要 福岛核事故后,根据世界核电运行者协会(WANO)运行经验报告的指导建议,法国科特农核电厂对乏燃料水池冷却系统进行了检查,检查发现其乏燃料水池冷却系统管道上并没有虹吸断路开孔,这将有可能导致乏燃料水池排空。法国核电厂虹吸断路装置包括开孔或弓形管道两种形式,能够抑制虹吸效应防止乏燃料水池排空。法国科特农核电厂建造期间未按设计要求在乏燃料水池冷却系统管道上开孔,存在水池排空的潜在危险。国内运行核电机组乏燃料水池冷却循环管线布置情况与法国核电厂类似,通过对比分析提出适用于我国核电厂的经验反馈信息。 According to the guidance suggested by WANO operating experience reports,the spent fuel pool cooling systems of French Cattenom nuclear power plant were examined,checked,and it found that there is no siphon breaker opening on its pipeline,which will likely result in the spent fuel pool emptying events.The siphon circuit breaker of French nuclear power plant includes two forms of open or bow pipe,which can restrain the siphon effect to prevent the drainage of the spent fuel pool.The pipe hole of Cattenom nuclear power plant was not constructed according to the design requirements in the spent fuel pool cooling system,which could potentially drain the spent fuel storage pool.The arrangement of the cooling circulating pipeline of the spent fuel pool in China's nuclear power plant is similar to that of the French plant,experience feedback information for China's nuclear power plant are developed.
