敦煌文本P.T.993吐蕃寺院稽考

An Investigation on Tibetan Monastery According to Duhuang Script P.T.993

现存的敦煌吐蕃文本P.T.993所绘制的吐蕃寺院,国内外学者各抒己见,结论不尽相同。然而,根据藏文史籍进行深入研究,可以得知,敦煌吐蕃文本P.T.993所绘制的吐蕃寺院,应为9世纪吐蕃政权第四十二代赞普赤祖德赞(又称"赤热巴坚")时期在沙洲建立的千佛寺;莫高窟城城湾遗址,即为吐蕃千佛寺遗址。

This paper, according to Tibetan historical records and my studies for Tibetan Buddhism of the Tibetan empire, and also with experts ’ results of Dunhuang studies, made the different point of view that the drawing of Tibetan temple in Dunhuang Tibetan Scripts P. T. 993,is the drawing of Thousand Bud-dhas temple （ ）, which was established in 9th century by the 43 rd generation of King Tsan Po Khri Gstuk Ide Tsano （Ra Ba Can） ,and the Mogao Grottoe＇s Cheng Cheng Wan ruins is the ruins of Thousand Buddhas temple （ ）. This is a great discovery to the research of Dunhuang Tibetan Scripts P. T. 993 drawings. This paper provided a kind of historical facts for further study of Dunhuang Tibetan Scripts P. T. 993 and the ruins of Cheng Cheng Wan in Mogao Grottoe.
