International Comparison and Experience of the Application of Negative List in Financial Field

我国负面清单模式在金融领域的应用尚处于初级阶段,国际上已有部分国家和组织对负面清单在金融领域的应用有了成功的经验。本文通过研究部分国家在负面清单领域的主要做法、及我国金融领域的应用壁垒,提出了我国在金融领域推行负面清单的政策建议。

The application of negative list mode in the financial field is still at the primary stage in our country. Some countries and organizations have had a successful experience in the application of the negative list in the financial field. Based on the study of the main practices of some countries in the field of negative list,and the barriers of the application of the financial sector in China,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on the implementation of negative list in the financial field.
