美、德、英财政支持绿色金融的经验与借鉴

Experience and Reference of Financial Support for Green Finance in America, Germany and Britain

2015年党的十八届五中全会首次提出绿色发展理念,并将其上升为国家战略。在践行绿色发展、建设绿色中国的伟大实践中,绿色金融起着不可或缺的作用。发展绿色金融离不开财政的支持。本文在简析美、德、英三国财政支持绿色金融发展的作法、成功经验的基础上,对我国财政支持绿色金融发展提出了政策建议。

In 2015 the fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee the party first proposed the idea of green development, and its rise as a national strategy. In the practice of green development and building a green China, green finance plays an indispensable role. The development of green finance can not do without financial support. In this paper, based on the analysis of the financial support for the development of green finance in the United States, Germany and Britain, the author puts forward some policy suggestions on the development of green finance in china.
