球形晶状体的治疗进展

Progress on the treatment of spherophakia

球形晶状体是指晶状体前后径增加,呈球形状态的一种晶状体异常疾病,常伴有晶状体悬韧带松弛和继发性闭角型青光眼,严重者甚至导致视力永久性丧失。临床上球形晶状体常被误诊或漏诊,治疗延误导致对患者的视功能产生严重甚至无法挽回的后果。目前,临床尚无球形晶状体的标准诊疗指南。本文将着重阐述由球形晶状体引发的晶状体半脱位和继发性青光眼的综合治疗进展。

Spherophakia is an anomaly ocular condition that the crystalline lens assumes a spherical shape with an increased anteroposterior diameter. Spherophakia often accompanies lens subluxation and secondary glaucoma,which may be clinically misdiagnosed and leads to permanent visual loss. The management of spherophakia is difficult. For lack of a clinical guide,the purpose of this review was to introduce the development of the treatment of lens subluxation and secondary glaucoma in spherophakia.
