几种塑料齿轮的许用扭矩和热力分析 被引量:1

摘要 选择了4种常见的塑料齿轮材料,利用刘易斯公式计算出轻载工况下每种齿轮的许用扭矩,然后运用有限元方法对齿轮进行热分析及热力耦合分析.结果表明,POM齿轮的许用扭矩最大,PA6齿轮的许用扭矩最小;受热时,塑料齿轮的瞬时高温集中于齿面较小的薄层里;POM和PC齿轮的热变形程度主要取决于自身刚度,而ABS齿轮的热应力对齿轮变形的影响较大;齿轮热变形在总变形中占20%左右,对总变形的影响较大.
