除冰盐侵蚀下风积沙水泥砂浆的力学性能及损伤模型 被引量:3

摘要 对经除冰盐侵蚀后的风积沙水泥砂浆进行单轴静态压缩试验,通过内掺风积沙代替同等质量普通砂后风积沙水泥砂浆在3种除冰盐溶液浓度下进行干湿循环侵蚀试验,达到干湿次数后进行抗压强度试验,研究分析风积沙水泥砂浆力学性能、应力应变曲线、损伤模型。研究结果表明:随着风积沙掺量的增加,水泥砂浆强度、峰值应力、峰值应变呈先增加后、下降的趋势;15%风积沙掺量的水泥砂浆强度最优,应力-应变曲线最缓和;根据试验数据建立的侵蚀损伤模型可较好的预测水泥砂浆受氯盐侵蚀后的损伤情况。 A uniaxial static compression test was performamed based on aeolian sand cement mortar after being attacked by deicer.By using the same mass of aeolian sand to replace the same weight of river sand,the dry-wet test of aeolian sand cement mortar under the three concentrations of salt solution was carried out.The mechanical property,stress-strain curve,damage model were evaluated after the dry-wet test.Results showed that the strength,peak stress,peak strain of the cement mortar firstly increases and then decreases with the increase of the mass of aeolian sand.The optimum dosage of aeolian sand is 15%for cement mortar strength and its stress-strain curve is moderate.A damage model of erosion is developed according to test data,which can predict the damage of mortar attacked by chlorine salt erosion.
