玄武岩纤维轻骨料混凝土力学性能的试验研究 被引量:8

摘要 将不同掺量和不同长度的玄武岩纤维掺入设计强度为C30的天然浮石轻骨料混凝土中,分别对其3、7、14和28d4个龄期的立方体抗压强度和28d立方体劈裂抗拉强度进行研究。结果表明:对于轻骨料混凝土的抗压强度,当玄武岩纤维掺量为1.5kg/m3,玄武岩纤维长度为22mm时,玄武岩纤维轻骨料混凝土抗压强度提高最为显著;对于轻骨料混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度,当玄武岩纤维掺量为2kg/m3,长度为22mm时,玄武岩纤维轻骨料混凝土劈裂抗拉强度提高最为显著。 Mixing Different contents and different lengths of basalt fiber were mixed with a natural pumice lightweight aggregate concrete,with the strength of C30.The cubic compressive strength under 3,7,14 and 28dand cubic splitting tensile strength under 28 dwere evaluated.The results showed that for the anti-pressure of the lightweight aggregate concrete,if the basalt fibber content were 1.5kg/m^3 and its length were 22 mm,anti-pressure of the basalt fibber to the lightweight aggregate concrete would reach its peak value.For the splitting tensile strength of lightweight aggregate concrete,the splitting tensile strength of basalt fiber lightweight aggregate concrete is most significant.when the basalt fiber content is 2kg/m^3 and the length is 22 mm.
