针对性手术室护理配合在人工全髋关节置换术中的应用

Targeted nursing cooperation in total hip replacement

目的探讨针对性手术室护理配合在人工全髋关节置换术中的应用效果。方法 82例行人工全髋关节置换术患者按照就诊顺序分为观察组和对照组,各41例。对照组实施常规手术护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用针对性手术室护理配合。观察2组手术前后血压、呼吸频次和心跳频次的生命体征变化,记录2组术中输血量、输液量及手术时间,比较2组护理满意度。结果 2组术后血压升高、呼吸频次及心跳频次加快,观察组变化幅度小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);观察组术中输血量及手术时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组护理满意度为97.56%(40/41),高于对照组的85.37%(35/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性的手术室护理配合对促进人工全髋关节置换术的顺利进行具有积极意义。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of targeted nursing cooperation for patients with total hip replacement. Methods A total of 82 patients with total hip replacement were as-signed to the observation group and the control group, with 41 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine nursing care in the process of operation, and patients in the observation group were applied with targeted nursing cooperation intervention. The changes in the blood pres-sure, breathe rate and heart rate before and after operation were recorded. The quantity of blood transfusion and fluid infusion, time of operation and satisfaction degree was compared between two groups. Results Patients in both of two groups received an marked increase in blood pres-sure, breathe rate and heart rate after operation, and with a smaller increase in the observation group than those in the control group （P 〈0. 05 or P 〈0. 01）. There were significant difference in quantity of blood transfusion and time of operation between two groups （P 〈0. 01）. The nurs-ing satisfaction rate was 97.56% （40/41） in the observation group and was 85. 37% （35/41） in the control group, with a significant difference （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion It is necessary to carry targeted nursing cooperation to ensure the accomplish of operation.
