中医综合护理干预辅助治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎疗效观察

Effects of comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori associated gastritis

目的观察中医综合护理干预辅助西药治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)相关性胃炎的临床疗效。方法 120例Hp相关性胃炎患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各60例。2组均给予Hp四联疗法(兰索拉唑、枸橼酸铋钾、克拉霉素、阿莫西林)。对照组常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施中医综合护理干预。评价2组临床治疗效果,对比2组Hp根除和复发情况。结果观察组总有效率95.0%(57/60),高于对照组的83.6%(50/60),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组Hp根除率95.0%(57/60),高于对照组的83.3%(50/60),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组6个月后复发2例,对照组复发9例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医综合护理干预辅助治疗Hp相关性胃炎效果良好。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing of traditional Chi-nese medicine （TCM） as an adjuvant therapy in treatment of Helicobacter pylori （Hp） associated gastritis. Methods A total of 120 cases of Hp associated gastritis patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 60 cases in each group. The quadruple therapy including lansoprazole, bismuth potassium citrate, amoxicillin and clarithromycin were ad-ministrated to all patients. Both two groups received routine nursing care and the comprehensive nursing measures of TCM were carried out in the observation group, the clinical effect of treat-ment, Hp eradication rate and relapse rate were compared between two groups. Results The o-verall effective rate was 95.0% （57/60） in the observation group and was 83. 6 % （50/60） in the control group, with a significant difference （ P 〈 0.05）. There were 2 case of relapse in the observation group and 9 case of relapse in the control group after 6 months follow- up, with a significant difference （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The quadruple therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing interven-tions can improve the clinical efficacy in the treatment of Hp associated gastritis.
