中医辨证施护在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用

Application of nursing based on syndrome differentiation for patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc

目的探讨中医辨证施护在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用效果。方法 124例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分成观察组和对照组,各62例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用中医辨证施护。观察2组临床效果、生活质量及护理满意度。结果观察组总有效率98.39%(61/62),高于对照组的82.26%(51/62),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。干预后,2组Kolcaba舒适状况量表评分均高于干预前,且观察组评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组护理满意度93.55%(58/62),高于对照组的72.58%(45/62),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中医辨证施护能有效改善腰椎间盘突症患者生活质量,提升护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing based on syndrome differentiation for patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods A Total of 124 patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 62 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine nursing care during treatment, and the nursing intervention based on syndrome differentiation was carried out in the observation group. The clinical efficacy, quality of life and satisfaction degree to nursing service were compared between two groups. Results The overall effective rate was 98. 39% （61/62） in the observation group and 82.26% （51/62） in the control group, with a significant difference（P 〈0. 01）. the score of Kolcaba general comfort questionnaire was increased in both of two groups after intervention, and was higher in the observation than that of controls （P 〈0. 01）. The nurs-ing satisfaction rate was 93.55% （58/62） in the observation group and was 72. 58 % （45/62） in the control group, with a significant difference （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Application of nursing based on syndrome differentiation can improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of pa-tients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc.
