新型伤口敷料在血管内置管中的应用及护理

Application of new-type wound dressing in intravascular catheter placement and related nursing measures

目的探讨新型伤口敷料在血管内置管中的应用及护理要点。方法收集27例血管内置管患者的临床资料,总结护理方法和临床转归。结果 27例患者经积极对症治疗和护理后,除2例患者因病情加重死亡,其余25例均好转康复,并遵医嘱出院。结论规范的导管护理配合便捷可靠的新型敷料可有效提高护理质量,对防治导管相关并发症具有积极作用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of new-type wound dressing in intra-vascular catheter placement and related nursing measures. Methods The clinical data of 27 pa-tients with intravascular catheter placement were retrospectively collected. The nursing measures in cooperation with application of new-type wound dressing were summarized. Results Of 27 ca-ses ,25 cases were cured and with discharge, only 2 cases were dead as progressive disease condi-tion. Conclusion Standard catheter-related nursing in compliance with usage of new-type wound dressing can effective prevent the catheter-related complications in patients with intravascular cath-eter placement.
