中小学课堂教学观课评课指标体系构建

摘要 通过剖析传统观课、评课方法存在的问题,提出并构建中小学课堂教学观课评课指标体系。提供观测内容与标准,定量与定性相结合,赋予每项"观察内容与标准"权重及细微观测点的分值,运用数据的方式真实、准确记录课堂教学运行状况以及需要改进的方面,为中小学教师观课评课提供科学依据。 The construction of the index system of class teaching observation and evaluation in primary and middle schools is put forward through analyzing the problems in traditional methods of class observation and evaluation. It offers the contents and standards of observation class assessment and gives weight of each content and standard and scores of subtle observation points by using qualitative and quantitative method. It also clearly records the process of classroom teaching and the aspects needed improvement by use of statistics, so it offers scientific evidences and strategies for class evaluation of primary and middle school teachers.
