摘要
为考察工业废水冲击对城镇污水处理厂正常稳定运行的影响,在模拟城镇污水处理系统中实施实际工业废水冲击,分析冲击中系统运行性能变化,并采用共代谢效应和生物刺激效应对冲击后系统进行运行恢复。冲击结果表明,工业废水冲击会造成污水处理系统的运行性能下降,特别是氨氮去除性能明显降低;同时,工业废水冲击的影响通常是暂时且可逆的,即使长时间冲击后亦可通过运行调控加以恢复。不同类型工业废水冲击的影响差异明显,高浓度印染废水和低可生化性化工生化出水冲击对运行性能的影响较大,而工业园区综合废水可生化性较高,冲击影响较小。运行恢复结果表明,投加复合营养液,利用共代谢效应和生物刺激效应可以应对不同类型的工业废水冲击,且具有快速、有效的运行恢复效果。
The real industrial wastewater shocks are carried out in a model municipal wastewater treatment system to investigate the influence of industrial wastewater shock on the performance of the municipal wastewater treatment plant.The performance variation is analyzed during industrial wastewater shock.The cometabolism effect and biostimulation effect are applied to recover the system after industrial wastewater shock.The results indicate that the industrial wastewater shock could deteriorate the operating performance of the system,especially the ammonia removal performance.However,the negative influence of industrial wastewater shock is non-durable and reversible,even after a long-term shock.The impacts caused by different types of industrial wastewater shock are quite different.The industrial wastewater with high concentration and low biodegradability could cause stronger shocking effect,such as textile wastewater and effluent of chemical wastewater after biological treatment.The impact of industrial park synthetic wastewater is weaker due to its relatively high biodegradability.The results of operation recovery indicates that the application of cometabolism effect and biostimulation effect by adding composite nutrient solution could respond to different types of industrial wastewater shock,and it is proved to be efficient for fast operation recovery.
