摘要
目的调查住院医师对PACS系统上的报告对比软件使用满意度及该软件对学生报告对比行为的影响。方法以规培住院医师为研究对象,在教学中应用对比软件,并进行问卷调查以评价效果。将问题选项设为强烈同意、同意、一般、不同意、完全不同意5个等级并赋予不同分值行统计分析平均满意度。结果报告对比软件明显增加了每份报告均对比的人数;住院医师了解报告修改内容的兴趣增加,认为该软件有利于理解影像、有助于提高报告水平并节省学习时间。结论报告对比软件有利于提高影像科住院医师的学习。
Objective To investigate the satisfaction of residents about the report comparison software on PACS and its effects on residents' report comparison behavior. Methods We recruited the residents on standardized training as the subjects of study. We used the report comparison software in teaching and carried out the questionnaire survey to evaluate the effectiveness. A 5-point Likert scale ranging from " strongly agree" to " strongly disagree" coded with different values were used to analyze the average satisfaction. Results The report comparison software significantly increased the number of trainees who made comparison for every report. The residents showed greater interest in knowing the modifications made by the supervisor and thought that the software helped them understand images, improve reporting skill and save study time. Conclusion The report comparison software can improve residents 'learning in radiology department.
