摘要
目的探讨品质管理圈对妇产科优质护理服务的影响。方法选取2015年2月~2016年8月我院收治的184例妇产科患者为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序随机分为对照组和观察组各92例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施品质管理圈优质护理,比较两组患者护理后的康复状况、护理满意度和护理内容认知度。结果观察组患者的康复效果明显高于对照组,组间比较差异有显著统计学意义(χ~2=6.8452,P<0.01)。观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组,组间比较差异有显著统计学意义(χ~2=12.8372,P<0.01)。而且观察组患者的认知度明显高于对照组,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论实施品质管理圈护理措施,能显著提高妇产科患者的康复效果和护理满意度、护理内容认知度,同时也提高了妇产科的整体护理质量。
Objective To explore the effect of quality management circle on gynecological quality nursing service.Methods 184 patients with obstetrics and gynecology admitted in our hospital from February 2015 to August 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the order of hospitalization, 92 cases in each group,in which the control group was only routine nursing,the patients in the observation group were actively engaged in quality management circle quality care. At last,the rehabilitation status, nursing satisfaction and nursing content cognition of the two groups were compared. Conclusion Through the quality management circle nursing, gynecological and physical rehabilitation of patients with better re-sults, while improving patient satisfaction for the care, increased patient awareness of the content of care, improve the overall quality of care of obstetrics and gynecology, Which has important clinical application value.
