摘要
通过搭建ISO 9705标准灭火间,研究氮气-高压细水雾抑制汽油火的过程,分析受限空间内灭火前后的烟气温度、氧气体积分数以及一氧化碳浓度变化规律。采用FDS模拟氮气-高压细水雾灭火过程温度变化并与实验结果进行对比。实验结果表明,氮气-高压细水雾的灭火效果优于普通高压细水雾,同时,氧气、一氧化碳浓度下降速率明显低于汽油自由燃烧状态与单独施加高压细水雾状态。FDS模拟结果得出氮气-高压细水雾对汽油火有较好的抑制作用,烟气温度变化规律与实验结果基本相符。
A series of analyses were carried out in an ISO 9705 fire room to study the suppression process of gasoline fires with high-pressure nitrogen gas water mist.The analysis included the variations of the flue gas temperature,oxygen volume fraction and carbon monoxide concentration before and after the fire was extinguished in a confined space.And a comparison of the temperature variations was made between the experiment results and the data got from the suppression process with high-pressure nitrogen gas water mist in fire dynamics simulator(FDS).The research results show that high-pressure nitrogen gas water mist has better fire extinguishing efficiency than normal high-pressure water mist,that the levels of oxygen and carbon monoxide concentration drops much slower than those of the natural combustion of gasoline when only high pressure water mist is used.The FDS simulation results show that high-pressure nitrogen gas water mist has fairly good inhibitory effect for gasoline fires,and that the varying pattern of the flue gas temperature is in agreement with the experimental results.
