土木结构文物古建筑消防安全研究

Fire Safety Problems of Historical Buildings with Civil Structure

透过文物古建筑的火灾事故分析,以云南通海秀山为例,研究了土木结构文物古建筑存在的自身和管理使用方面的消防安全问题,并提出了应用现代防火新技术、制定专项规划、建设消防基础设施、控制火源等防火措施。同时提出了建立完善消防工作标准和责任体系、建立健全消防网络体系、夯实消防基础、制定应急预案、加大消防宣传教育培训力度的消防安全管理对策。

Based on the analysis of historical building fires in Xiushan,Tonghai of Yunnan province,this paper studies fire safety problems of the historical buildings themselves and the management of historical buildings,puts forward fire prevention measures to apply modern fire prevention technology,develop targeted plans,build fire safety infrastructure,control sources of fires,and proposes fire safety management countermeasures to establish and improve fire safety standards,responsibility system and firefighting network system,lay solid foundation at the grass-root level,make emergency response plans,intensify fire safety publicity and education and training.
