Analyzing Practical Problems in Fire Supervision Enforcement Practice

结合消防监督执法实践,对《消防监督检查记录》的填写、同一单位数个违法行为分别处罚合并执行案件中集体议案的适用、消防机构在当事人明确表示放弃听证后是否仍应在听证申请期限3日届满后才能作出处罚决定等执法实践问题,进行分析探讨不同观点并得出结论。

Based on the discussion of some practical problems in the law enforcement practice of fire supervision,namely the filling of Fire Supervision and Inspection Records,the application of collective motion in respective penalties on several violations of the same unit,whether the fire inspection agency should make the penalty decision after the 3-day deadline when the party concerned has expressed the waiver of a hearing,this paper analyzes different viewpoints and come to a conclusion.
