摘要
目的:检测Syntenin在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的蛋白表达水平并探讨其临床意义。方法:采用组织芯片和免疫组织化学染色法,检测Syntenin在147例NSCLC及相应癌旁组织中的表达水平,并分析Syntenin的表达与NSCLC患者临床病理指标及预后的关系。结果:Syntenin在NSCLC组织中的阳性表达率(49.7%)显著高于癌旁组织(4.1%)(P<0.01)。Syntenin的表达与NSCLC的淋巴结转移、临床分期和病理类型显著相关(P值分别为0.039、0.038、0.024),与患者的性别和年龄无显著相关(P>0.05)。Kaplan-Meier分析表明,Syntenin的表达与NSCLC患者的总生存期显著相关(P=0.028)。结论:Syntenin在NSCLC组织中高表达,并且其高表达预示了患者的不良预后。
OBJECTIVE:The aim of this study was to detect the expression of Syntenin in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tissues and to explore its clinical significance.METHODS:We detected expression of Syntenin in 147 NSCLC tissues and 147 para-carcinoma tissues by tissue microarray and immunohistochemical staining method,and analyzed the relationship of Syntenin expression with clinicopathological parameters and prognosis of NSCLC patients. RESULTS:Expression level of Syntenin (positive rate 49.7%) in NSCLC tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent lung tissues (positive rate 4.1%,P〈0.01). Over-expression of Syntenin was associated with lymph node metastasis,clinical stage and pathological type in NSCLC patients (P=0.039,P=0.038 andP=0.024),but not with age or gender. The Kaplan-Meier survival analysis revealed that Syntenin expression in primary tumors was significantly associated with patients' overall survival (P=0.028). CONCLUSION:Syntenin protein was over-expressed in NSCLC tissues,and was associated with poor prognosis of patients.
