摘要
五龙沟金矿针对无底柱分段崩落采矿法(分层凿岩分层出矿)采矿损失贫化大,采场生产能力制约矿山发展等问题,以大中段、大间距高效放矿为实际需要,开展了VCR采矿法试验研究及应用。采用无切井拉槽法和扇形中深孔爆破联合拉槽形成堑沟式底部结构。生产实践表明:该方法具有生产安全,爆破质量好,生产能力高等优点,为VCR采矿法在五龙沟金矿开采中的广泛应用奠定了基础。
The sublevel caving with no sill pillars( separate drilling and ore extraction) applied in Wulonggou Gold Mine has high dilution rate and the production capacity limits mine development. In order to achieve big level and interval ore drawing,experimental study and application of VCR method is conducted. The no cutting grooving and fan-shaped medium-long hole blasting grooving are combined to form trench-shaped bottom structure,which production practice proves to be good in safe production,blasting performance and hihg productivity. The study lays foundation for the wide application of VCR in Wulonggou Gold Mine.
