宝钢热镀锌钢板的开发与展望

Development and prospects of Baosteel hot dip galvanized steel sheets

随着经济的持续稳定发展,特别是汽车、家电和建筑行业的快速发展,对热镀锌钢板的需求持续旺盛,中国已成为世界上最大的热镀锌生产国,而随着近年来钢铁工业去产能化,热镀锌在钢铁中所占的比例仍将持续提高。简要回顾了热镀锌产品与技术的发展历史,结合中国热镀锌钢板的发展情况,介绍了宝钢在汽车、建筑和家电热镀锌产品方面的技术进步,重点介绍了先进高强度钢和镀层品种方面的进展。经过20多年的发展,宝钢已经形成了GI、GA、55Al-Zn、铝硅、锌铝镁和以此为基的表面处理系列,最高可供货强度达1 200 MPa,未来热镀锌产品将向更高强度、更高耐腐蚀性和表面功能性等方向发展。

With the sustained and stable development of China＇s economy,especially the rapid development of the automotive,household appliance and construction industries,the demand for hot dip galvanized steel sheets is very strong and China has become the world＇s largest producer of hot dip galvanizing. Moreover,with the cutting of excessive steel industrial capacity in the coming years,it is believed that the proportion of galvanized steel sheet will continue to increase. The history of hot dip galvanized products and technologies was briefly reviewed and the development of Baosteel＇s technological advances in the automotive,construction and appliance galvanized products was introduced,among which the progress of advanced high strength steels and different coatings were highlighted. After a development of two decades,Baosteel has a series of coated products,including GI,GA,55Al-Zn,Al-Si,Zn-Al-Mg and surface treatment series based on these coatings,among which,the highest strength is 1200 MPa. It is believed that higher strength,higher corrosion resistance and surface functionality will be the future directions.
