硅钢循环水浓缩倍数的分析与对策

摘要 硅钢循环水系统承担着生产线32条机组的设备与工艺介质冷却任务,是非常重要的循环水站,其循环水量约25 000 m3/h,但硅钢循环冷却水浓缩倍数长期较低,导致新水消耗大。据实际情况从理论上分析了影响循环冷却水浓缩倍数的原因,并提出了提高循环冷却水浓缩倍数的主要对策,通过对策实施,有效提高了硅钢循环水的浓缩倍数,同时节约水资源。循环水站新水消耗量在2015—2016年明显下降,新水年消耗量从1 245 507 m^3降至906 646 m^3,同比减少新水消耗33.9万m^3,节水效果显著。 Silicon steel circulating water station undertakes the task of silicon steel production line of 32 units. The circulating water station is very important,the circulating water is large,about25 000 m^3/ h,but the concentration multiple of circulating water is low for a long time,and the fresh water consumption is big. The impacts of the concentration multiple of circulating water were analyzed from the theory,and the main measures on improving the concentration multiple of circulating water were put forward,the measures is effective to increase the concentration multiple of silicon steel circulating water,while saving water resources. Some measures are made,the consumption of fresh water supply in 2015- 2016 is decreased significantly,fresh water reduced 339km^3 every year,down from 1 245 507 m^3 to 906 646 m^3,the results show that water-saving effect is remarkable.
