用后废油漆涂料桶的处置一直是社会难题,宝钢具备完善的转炉炼钢工艺烟气和快速冷却及净化系统,采用宝钢高温转炉焚烧处置废油漆涂料桶具有处置量大、焚烧温度高、有机物分解彻底等多项优点,处置过程中各项污染物排放指标均未恶化且均达到国家相关标准,同时铁质油漆涂料桶经融化后可作为废钢原料的适当补充。

It is a social problem of the waste paint bucket disposition,Baosteel has advanced converter steelmaking process and the rapid cooling flue gas purification system. Baosteel converter has the advantages of high burning temperature,large disposal amount,the decomposition of organic matter thoroughly,the various pollutant indexes in the process of disposal can all meet the national standards. At the same time,the iron paint barrels can be used as scrap steel material in the converter steelmaking process.
