摘要
目的:通过对蒙古黄芪的根部与茎叶中多糖、氨基酸和微量元素的比较,评价两种部位的药用价值。方法:采用苯酚-硫酸法测定黄芪根及其茎叶中多糖的含量;采用氨基酸分析仪测定黄芪根及其茎叶中水解氨基酸的含量;采用ICPE-9000型等离子发射光谱仪半定量测定黄芪根及其茎叶中微量元素。结果:黄芪茎叶中多糖含量少于黄芪根,但氨基酸种类和含量与黄芪根相近,而微量元素种类大致相同,半定量结果差异也不大。结论:黄芪茎叶中多糖、氨基酸、微量元素和黄芪根相比较,除多糖含量差异较大,含量较低外,其余均差异较小,其药理活性差异尚需进一步研究。
Objective:To evaluate the medicinal value of the root and stem leaf of Astragalus membranacleus (Fisch)Bge. Vat. mongholicusare by comparing the contents of polysaceharides,amino acids and trace elements which contain. Methods:The content of polysaeeharides and hydrolyzed trace elements amino acids in root and stem leaf and were determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method,amino acid analyzer and ICPE-9000 plasma emission spectrometer, respectively. Results :The content of polysaccharides in stem leaf of Astragalus membranacleus(Fisch)Bge.Var, mongholicusare was less than that of the root,while the types and content of amino acids were similar. The contents of trace elements were approximately the same and the results of semi-quantitative shows no significant difference in root and stem leaf. Conclusion:Compared to the root of Astragalus membranacleus (Fisch)Bge. Var. mongholieusare,the stem leaf contains less polysaccharides. While the kinds and contents of amino acids and trace elements in both demonstrated no obvious difference. The pharmacological difference of root and stem leaf of Astragalus membranaeleus (Fisch)Bge. Var. mongholieusare is still need further research.
