摘要
针对低温环境下发动机起动困难的问题,根据发动机起动过程中不同转速下的起动力矩需求,基于永磁同步电机原理及最大扭矩电流比控制方法,采用曲线拟合,确定了电机起动中电流的控制方案,实现了高低压联合起动时,最低能耗下发动机的可靠起动,并通过起动系统样机台架性能测试,验证了联合起动策略的有效性.
Aiming at the start-up difficulty of diesel in the low temperature environment, the current control framework was proposed by using the curve fitting method based on the PMSM principle and MTPA control in order to meet the torque requirement within various speed of diesel in this paper. The method ensures the reliable start-up of diesel with the lowest energy cost during the combined high and low voltage start-up procedure, and verifies the combined start-up control strategy by taking experiments on the prototype diesel.
