云南省农民工城市融入的社区支持体系研究

The Analysis on the Community Support System for Migrant Workers' Urban Integration in Yunnan

云南作为欠发达的边疆少数民族地区,经济社会发展及城市化进程相对滞后,农民工的社区融入困难较多,步伐较慢,成效不够显著。因此,必须构建五位一体的农民工社区融入的支持体系,即消除城乡分割的二元户籍制度及其捆绑的政策体系,强化农民工的社会能力体系建设,健全农民工的权益维护保障机制,加强社区公共服务体系建设,健全农民工城市融入的成本分担机制。

In Yunnan, an underdeveloped frontier minority area, the process of urbanization is relatively back- ward, and it is more difficult to integrate migrant workers into the community. Therefore, it is necessary to build a five-in-one Support system for migrant workers＇ community integration in order to promote the new ur- banization process in Yunnan. The system includes the dual household registration system and its bundled policy system, the social capacity system to strengthen construction of migrant workers, safeguard mechanism to improve the rights and interests of migrant workers, the community public service construction system, sharing mechanism of migrant workers city integration the cost.
