摘要
近年来,云南少数民族农村剩余劳动力不断向城镇转移,少数民族就业问题日趋突出。通过调查问卷数据分析发现,少数民族文化素质低、职业行业单一、劳动保障落实不到位、民族传统文化成为影响少数民族人口就业难的主要原因。因此,针对问题提出的解决少数民族人口就业的对策及建议,将对云南少数民族社会发展产生积极影响。
In recent years, the tufa/surplus labor of ethnic minorities in Yunnan continued to transfer to cit- ies and towns, making the employment problem of ethnic minorities becoming increasingl on the smwey data and the analysis, it is found that low cultural quality, singularity of y prominent. Based industry, failure in implementation of labor security, and rules of the traditional culture are the main problems affecting minority population' s employment. Some countermeasures and suggestions in point are put forward to bring a favora- ble effect to social development of ethnic minorities in Yunnan.
