南京城市职业学院校外实训基地建设标准的研究

Research on the Construction Standards of Off-campus Training Base in Nanjing City Vocational College

校外实训基地是培养学生的职业素质和训练学生实践能力的重要场所,与校内实训基地互相补充,成为高职院校实现人才培养目标的最重要条件之一。以校外实训基地的建设要为实践教学服务为研究的出发点,在借鉴同类高职院校建设和管理经验的基础上,结合南京城市职业学院实际情况,本着务实和可行的原则,对学院校外实训基地建设标准中涉及的指标进行研究,并且提出建设的详细指标。

Off-campus training base is an important place to cultivate students＇ occupation quality and to train students＇ practical ability, complementing on-campus practical training base, and become one of the most important conditions to realize the goal of cultivating talents in higher vocational colleges. The construction of off-campus training base should serve practical teaching, learn from the experience of the construction and management of similar vocational colleges, and combine with the actual situation of NCVC. Study on the indexes involved in the construction of the off-campus training base in line with practical and feasible principle, and put forward the detailed indicators.
